NRole Overview

nWe're looking for an enthusiastic Public Relations Executive to support OCEEDEE's influencer marketing and media outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in PR who enjoys building relationships, staying on top of trends, and working in the fashion and lifestyle space.

NThe ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and comfortable communicating with influencers, journalists, and agencies while ensuring campaigns and product placements run smoothly.

nKey Responsibilities

N1) Influencer Marketing

N

- Research, source,and identify creators aligned with OCEEDEE's brand positioning.
N
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and creator agencies.
N
- Manage influencer outreach through email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.
N
- Coordinate gifting, collaborations, and campaign execution from start to finish.
N
- Track content delivery,campaign timelines, and performance.
N
- Maintain and regularly update influencer databases.
N

n2) Media Relations& PR

- Build and maintain relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and business journalists.
N
- Coordinate product features, brand stories, interviews, and editorial opportunities.
N
- Assist in preparing media lists and maintaining journalist databases.
N
- Draft outreach emails, media notes, and press materials when required.
N
- Track brand mentions, media coverage, and PR opportunities.
N

n3) Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of PR samples and influencer gifting.
N
- Maintain trackers for influencer collaborations, media outreach, and campaign status.
N
- Prepare monthly reportson influencer activity, earned media, and PR performance.
N
- Stay updated on fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends to identify new partnership opportunities.

nWhat We're LookingFor

- 0–1 year of experience in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Brand Communications, or a similar role (internships included).
N
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
N
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
N
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and timelines simultaneously.
N
- Passion for fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and digital culture.
N
- Familiarity with Instagram, influencer ecosystems, and media publications is a plus.
