Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Public Policy Expert who can identify government priorities, analyze policies, convert them into implementable programs, develop strategic proposals, and engage with key stakeholders across government and development sectors.
The candidate will act as the bridge between policy vision and project execution, ensuring our organization remains aligned with emerging government initiatives and funding opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesPolicy Research & Analysis
Track Central and State Government policies.
Analyze new schemes, missions and flagship programs.
Identify opportunities for organizational participation.
Prepare policy briefs and implementation notes.
Monitor policy changes affecting education, skill development, entrepreneurship, livelihoods, women empowerment, youth development, MSMEs, digital governance, tourism, and social welfare.
Government Opportunity Mapping
Identify opportunities under

District Planning Committees
CSR Programs
Multilateral Agencies
World Bank Projects
ADB Projects UN Agencies
Skill Development Missions
Prepare opportunity calendars and funding pipelines.

Desired Qualifications
Master's Degree in any of the following:
Public Policy
Public Administration
Development Studies
Economics
Political Science
Governance
Social Work
Management
Preferred
MPP
MPA
MBA (Public Policy/Government)
PhD (Optional)
Experience
5–12 years in Government Consulting, Public Policy, Development Sector,
or Program Management.
Experience working with Government Departments.
Experience writing proposals for government projects.
Knowledge of procurement and tendering processes.
Experience working with PMU/PIU projects is highly preferred.
