About the Job

Xpolarity is looking for passionate and experienced Psychologists to join our growing team to develop evidence-based mental health resources for children, adolescents, and educators. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to scalable mental health initiatives that combine psychology, education, and AI to create meaningful impact across schools and educational institutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to research, design, and develop high-quality psychological content, self-help resources, and training programmes grounded in evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

Child & Adolescent Mental Health:

- Develop evidence-based psychoeducational content for children and adolescents.
- Create self-help psychological resources focused on emotional wellbeing.
- Design activities that strengthen resilience, emotional regulation, coping skills,



and mental wellbeing.
- Develop awareness materials aligned with school mental health programmes.

Teacher Mental Health & Well being:

- Develop evidence-based training programmes and learning modules for educators.
- Create content on stress management, burnout prevention, emotional resilience, and psychological wellbeing.
- Design practical psychological interventions that can be implemented in school settings.

General Responsibilities:

- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize current psychological research.
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to develop digital mental health solutions.
- Create high-quality evidence-based content suitable for digital learning platforms.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, quality, and consistency across all deliverables.
- Utilize AI tools to improve research productivity and content development.
- Meet project timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Essential Reqiurements:

- M.Sc. in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent specialization.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in:
- Mental health services
- School mental health
- Counselling practice
- Experience in developing psychological or educational content.
- Strong technical writing and research skills.
- Proficiency with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and AI-based image/video generation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
