Senthil Public School, Dharmapuri is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychologist to support students' emotional well-being, mental health, and overall development. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about helping students thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group counselling to students.
- Identify and support students with emotional, behavioural, and learning challenges.
- Conduct psychological assessments and maintain confidential student records.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to develop student support plans.
- Organize awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, career guidance, and life skills.
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment.
- Refer students to external professionals when required.
- Support school wellness initiatives and student development programs.





Requirements

- PG in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc.)
- Freshers or candidates with prior experience may apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, observation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with students.
