Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talk Therapist (MFT/PsyD) providing telemedicine services to individuals, couples, and families.

The Talk

Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions via secure video platforms. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, monitoring client progress, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals as appropriate. The role involves offering evidence-based interventions, crisis support within scope, and psychoeducation to clients to promote mental wellness and resilience.

Therapist will also participate in regular case consultations, adhere to ethical and legal standards, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative virtual team environment.

Qualifications

- Solid clinical skills in Counseling and Psychology, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning.
- Expertise in Relationship Counseling and Family Therapy to support individuals, couples, and families with relational and communication challenges.
- Experience working with a broad range of Mental Health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and stress management.
- Current, unrestricted MFT or PsyD license (or equivalent) in the practicing state(s);

eligibility for telehealth practice as required by state regulations.

- Prior experience providing telemedicine or virtual therapy, with comfort using secure video platforms and electronic health records.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a consistent caseload, and maintain reliable internet and a private workspace.
- Demonstrated cultural humility and the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and identities.
