ELIGIBILITY

- Full time master's degree in clinical/counselling or applied psychology from a reputed university.
- At least 2 years of work experience as a therapist, consulting with the 18 years age group. Freshers please do not apply.
- Must be adept in working with clients on common mental health conditions. Must know to conceptualize cases and form treatment plan.
- Excellent english communication skills - spoken and written.
- Must be able to take therapy sessions in Kannada - mandatory requirement.

IMPORTANT -

This is a full-time work from office position, from our office in JP Nagar 1st Phase, Bangalore.

Office timings - 9:30 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 6:30 PM, 5 day working with Weekly holiday on Wednesday and either Saturday or Sunday.

Role and Responsibilities -





- Offer individual and couple counselling/psychotherapy sessions for our clients - F2F & Video
- Facilitate trainings, workshops and support groups (online & offline )
- Supervise and guide psychology interns
- Manage corporate accounts - coordinate with the HR and work on effective programme implementation
- Develop content for trainings programs - offline and online
- Maintain psychotherapy notes and all relevant documentation
- Must be flexible to lend hand and support other departments with their work if required.
- Must have good theoretical knowledge of evidence based psychotherapies.
- Willing to develop content for social media, collate resources and write articles related to mental health
