Key Responsibilities

Teaching Classroom Management

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary grade students.

- Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS, and General Knowledge.

- Use creative teaching methods, activities, and teaching aids.

- Maintain discipline and a supportive classroom environment.

Lesson Planning Curriculum Implementation

- Prepare lesson plans according to the school curriculum.

- Use creative teaching strategies to improve learning outcomes.

- Ensure syllabus completion within the academic schedule.

Student Development

- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.

- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and participation.

- Identify students needing additional support and guide them.

Assessment Evaluation

- Conduct class tests, assignments,



and periodic assessments.

- Evaluate answer sheets and maintain student records.

- Prepare report cards and communicate progress to parents.

Parent Communication

- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).

- Discuss student progress and address concerns of parents.

School Activities

- Participate in school events, assemblies, and activities.

- Assist in organizing competitions, cultural programs, and celebrations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor s Degree in any discipline.

- D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed / B.Ed preferred.

- Freshers or 1-3 years of teaching experience in primary classes preferred.
