The PRT Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students from Grades to 5 The ideal candidate should be able to make math concepts engaging relevant and accessible to young learners fostering critical thinking and a love for numbers Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver daily Mathematics lessons in alignment with the prescribed curriculum CBSE ICSE State Board Use creative age-appropriate teaching techniques to explain mathematical concepts such as numbers operations geometry measurements and data handling Develop and use a range of teaching materials and resources including hands-on manipulatives digital tools and visual aids Create lesson plans worksheets and assessments tailored to different learning levels and styles Monitor assess and record each student s progress and provide timely feedback Encourage students to think logically and solve problems independently Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and discipline Communicate with parents about student progress performance and any concerns Participate in staff meetings training sessions school events and continuous career development Integrate technology effectively in teaching and assessment Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities Qualifications Graduation in Mathematics or a related subject B Ed Bachelor of Education with specialization in Primary or Elementary Education Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a similar role preferably in a CBSE ICSE school Proficiency in English spoken and written Skills and Competencies Strong subject knowledge in foundational Mathematics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience empathy and understanding of primary-aged learners Creative and engaging teaching style Classroom management and time management abilities Competency in using digital tools e g smart boards learning apps online assessments Passion for teaching and commitment to students academic and personal growth Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Work Location In person
