- Manage the entire proposal process from planning to submission, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposal content, including technical writing, editing, and design.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions through effective communication.
- Ensure all proposals meet company standards for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in proposal management or a related field (e.g., sales operations).
- Solid understanding of proposal engineering principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
