- Manage high-value proposals supporting agencies such as IHS, VA, DHA, DOD, GSA and other Federal/SLED clients.
- Lead and mentor a proposal team while collaborating with business development, recruiting, operations, SMEs, and pricing teams.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the complete proposal lifecycle from opportunity assessment through final submission.
- Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and writing plans.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other solicitations to ensure full compliance.
- Manage proposal writers, SMEs, recruiters, pricing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Write, edit, review, and finalize proposal content, including management approach, staffing plans,
recruiting strategy, quality assurance, transition plans, past performance, and key personnel sections.
- Track proposal progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely submissions.
- Stay current with Federal procurement regulations, FAR guidelines, and proposal best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in US Federal Proposal Writing with 2+ years of Proposal Management experience.
- Solid experience managing proposals for US Federal, SLED Healthcare Staffing opportunities.
- Strong understanding of Federal procurement, FAR, and proposal compliance.
- Proven experience managing multiple proposals and cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional proposal writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Experience supporting IHS, VA, DHA, DoD, GSA, or other Federal/SLED healthcare clients is highly preferred.
