Role Overview The Retail Stacking / Property Sourcing Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring retail spaces available for lease across high streets and key commercial locations. The role involves building relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers, conducting market surveys, evaluating properties, and maintaining an updated inventory of leasing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Property Sourcing

- Identify retail properties available for lease across high streets and malls. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and local brokers. Source exclusive leasing mandates and off-market opportunities. Conduct regular market surveys to identify new vacancies and upcoming supply.

Property Evaluation

- Assess properties based on location, frontage, visibility, accessibility, parking, and surrounding retail ecosystem. Collect key property details including carpet area, rent, CAM charges, deposit, lease terms, and availability.



Verify ownership documents and basic property information before onboarding.

Database & Market Intelligence

- Maintain an updated inventory of available retail spaces. Track market rentals, vacancy levels, and recent commercial developments. Update CRM with accurate property information, photographs, and site details.

Coordination & Support

- Coordinate with the Retail Leasing team to match suitable properties with retailer requirements. Arrange property inspections and support site visits. Assist in obtaining commercial proposals and landlord approvals.

Reporting

- Submit weekly property sourcing reports and market updates. Track sourcing targets, exclusive mandates, and property conversions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
