Job Role
- Stay at the property and manage day-to-day operations
- Handle guest check-ins & check-outs
- Ensure excellent guest experience and hospitality standards
- Oversee housekeeping and property maintenance
- Manage staff coordination and vendor follow-ups
- Handle bookings (OTA platforms, direct inquiries, calls, emails)
- Maintain occupancy records and daily reports
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of the property
- Resolve guest complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory and supplies
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality / boutique stays / hotels preferred
- Positive communication skills
- Responsible, proactive, and trustworthy
- Willing to stay on-site
