Should have expertise in Property Management, Liasoning, Handling Compliance and Day to Day maintenance and asset operations.

Operational Responsibility:

- Knowledge of facility management including MEP, HVAC, Civil and Housekeeping
- Knowledge on working of electrical equipment's like switch gear, Transformer, Motor, MCC, PCC, APFC & starters.
- Inspecting electrical systems and equipment for signs of damage or wear
- Performing routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Knowledge of lighting systems, firefighting and air-conditioning basics
- Preparing Infrastructure O&M; budgets and ensuring compliance
- Ensuring statutory and safety compliances with National building code, electrical codes and safety standards
- Knowledge on HVAC system as below.

Maintain: Maintain systems and perform repairs

Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve issues with systems

Optimize: Ensure systems are energy-effective and meet environmental regulations

Project management: Manage projects, including cost and timing estimates

Quality checks: Ensure systems are working efficiently and safely

- Knowledge of building codes & and climate control systems
- Knowledge of MEP problem solving skills with good communication.
- Knowledge of OFF-Grid Solar hybrid system & maintenance of solar panel with battery bank.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems.
- Ensure that all electrical systems comply with applicable codes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.




- Knowledge of Addressable Firefighting system with & public address system.
- Knowledge of Data, Telephone & LAN communication system.
- Knowledge of Fire automation system & trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of CCTV.
- Managing multiple MEP Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) including tendering, cost estimate, inviting offers to facilitating award.
- Operation of AMCs with multiple agencies
- Using project management software, AutoCAD and word processing programs to create MEP plans
- Preparing cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems
- Overseeing the work of the project management team and ensuring adherence to the project schedule
- Coordinating on-site work with architects, structural engineers and MEP engineers
- Providing MEP system installation, maintenance and technical advice to service providers, supervisors and inspectors
- Inspecting, analyzing and finding solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP features
- Reviewing and evaluating the work of contractors, consultants and other construction industry professionals
- Reviewing contractor drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design plan
- Making technical clarifications to resolve coordination issues and design modifications to suit specific on-site construction requirements
- Monitoring and maintaining on-site health and safety policies and explaining the necessity of complying with these to the crew
- Undertaking off-site inspections of MEP equipment and materials to ensure compliance with regulations and project suitability.
