Location: Mumbai | Pune Union Living is looking for an experienced and driven Property Acquisition Manager to support our expansion across Mumbai and Pune. Compensation:

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential properties for expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research and location assessments to identify suitable acquisition opportunities
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with property owners and partners
- Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Operations, and Leadership to facilitate the acquisition process




- Track acquisition pipelines and ensure timely closure of opportunities Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property acquisition, business development, real estate expansion, or related fields
- Prior experience in hospitality, co-living, student housing, residential leasing, hotels, or real estate sectors will be preferred
- Robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of local real estate markets and acquisition processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
