Job Details
Achieve daily customer approach targets and sales conversion goals. Demonstrate products confidently and assist customers with queries. Maintain accurate daily reporting of stock, sales, promo compliance, and feedback in the mobile app.
Ensure display, POSM, and brand guidelines are followed in the store. Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards every day. Report stock shortages, inactive promotions, or competitor activity immediately. Complete product knowledge and grooming training with minimum 95% score.
