Role Description The Prompt Engineer (Enterprise) will work full time on-site in Abroad, collaborating closely with consulting, operations, and marketing teams to design and optimize AI prompts that support immigration advisory workflows and client communications. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for AI-assisted automation, and creating structured prompt frameworks that improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in information delivery.

The Prompt

Engineer will test, refine, and document prompt libraries, manage versioning, and track performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Daily tasks include working with stakeholders to translate immigration and visa requirements into clear prompt specifications, maintaining alignment with compliance standards, and supporting staff training on best practices for AI usage. The role also includes troubleshooting prompt behavior, coordinating with technical partners, and contributing to new AI-based service offerings for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Strong skills in prompt design and optimization for large language models, including the ability to structure, iterate, and evaluate prompts for enterprise use.





Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills to map business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate complex requirements into AI workflows.

Experience with testing, documentation, and version control of prompts or similar knowledge assets, ensuring clarity, reproducibility, and compliance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and explain AI behavior, limitations, and best practices.

Familiarity with immigration or legal-service domains, or a strong willingness to learn regulatory processes and apply them rigorously within AI systems.

Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage priorities in a fast-paced consulting workplace, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Linguistics, Business, or a related field; relevant experience with AI tools can substitute for formal education.

Experience with AI platforms, APIs, or enterprise software integration is an advantage, as is prior work in consulting, professional services, or compliance-focused organizations.
