Qualification:

- BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), NICMAR & MBA preferred

Experience:

- 15-18 years in industrial infrastructure development, large-scale construction, or real estate projects

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution
2. Drive master planning, feasibility assessments, and infrastructure design for the Visakhapatnam Industrial Park.
3. Ensure project execution within stipulated timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
4. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality industrial infrastructure.
5. Infrastructure Development & Operations
6. Oversee the development of core infrastructure including roads, utilities, power, drainage, and connectivity.
7. Implement sustainability initiatives, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental compliance.
8. Monitor project progress, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring timely interventions.
9. Stakeholder & Compliance Management
10. Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities for approvals and compliance.
11. Engage with potential investors and tenants, ensuring infrastructure alignment with their operational needs.

Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory regulations for all construction and development activities.
13. Financial & Risk Management
14. Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization.
15. Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing preventive and corrective strategies.
16. Establish financial controls to maintain project sustainability and profitability.
17. Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination
18. Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, and project managers to drive seamless execution.
19. Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services.
20. Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 15-18 years in industrial infrastructure development, large-scale construction, or real estate projects.
- Proven expertise in project planning, execution, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder management.
- Robust leadership capabilities with experience in managing multi-functional teams.
