We're Hiring | Project Operations Executive – SmartFab ? IKP EDEN, Bengaluru (On-site)

At IKP EDEN, we help deep-tech startups, innovators, and R&D; teams transform ideas into physical products through rapid prototyping and low-volume manufacturing.

We're looking for someone who loves execution, thrives on solving problems, and can keep multiple projects moving while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do • Own customer projects from enquiry to delivery.

- Be the primary point of contact, providing regular project updates and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external fabrication, machining, electronics, and manufacturing vendors.
- Build and nurture a strong network of reliable manufacturing partners.
- Track timelines, follow up relentlessly, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
- Resolve project bottlenecks and customer escalations proactively.




- Continuously improve operational workflows, SOPs, and project tracking systems.

We're looking for someone with • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, supply chain, or manufacturing.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in prototyping, CNC machining, fabrication, electronics, or hardware manufacturing is a strong advantage.
