Role Description The Project Manager – Unpaid Internship is a full-time remote role responsible for coordinating end-to-end delivery of video marketing and experience design projects. Day-to-day tasks include planning project timelines, defining scope, organizing tasks, and aligning team members such as designers, animators, and strategists to meet milestones. The intern will track progress, manage documentation, and support resource allocation and workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. The role also involves facilitating communication between internal team members and clients, preparing status updates,



identifying risks, and contributing to process improvements within the studio. This internship offers hands-on exposure to project management in a creative, digital-first environment and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including coordinating multiple workstreams and managing deadlines.

Candidates should possess solid Project Planning capabilities, such as creating schedules, defining deliverables, and organizing tasks and resources.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project performance, and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with clients.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar) and basic understanding of creative or video production workflows are beneficial.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
