ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 10+ yrs. overall in IT with experience in Data warehouse, ETL, BI projects is desired. Drive the complete roadmap for Data & BI Solutions working closely with business and technology teams. Expertise with SQL development is desired.

Experience in ML/AI model development would be added advantage. Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and relate well to people at all levels of the organization including CXOs. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a matrix project organization. Strong and concise verbal presentation and written skills. Self-starter who is energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable and a customer-oriented team player.

Practical experience in Agile methodologies is a must have. Expertise and passion for influencing, teaming,



and delivering solutions in a highly complex and nebulous setting. Proven ability to set priorities across a complex program with multiple projects and drive for results.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior IT and business leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLSETS: MBA and /or bachelor’s degree of Engineering is required. 10-15 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data & BI solutions Knowledge of Snowflake, ETL technologies like DBT, Informatica, Fivetran would be preferred. Knowledge of Business Intelligence technologies like Looker, Power BI etc would be preferred.
