NAt The Design Plexus, we believe successful projects are built through seamless coordination, clear communication, and efficient execution. We're looking for a Project Manager who can support the delivery of architecture, interior, and landscape projects with precision and accountability.

NProject Manager

nExperience: 2-3 Years

NVacancy: 1

NWe're looking for someonewho has:

N- Experience in project coordination or project management for architecture, interior, and landscape projects

N- Basic understanding of construction processes and site execution

N- Ability to assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from execution to handover

N- Knowledge of BOQs (Billof Quantities), quantity verification, and material tracking

N- Basic understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking

N- Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams

N- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior,



and landscape drawings

N- Experience in site supervision, quality checks, and progress monitoring

N- Ability to prepare project reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and maintain project documentation

N- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

N- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines

NSoftware Skills:

N- AutoCAD

n- Microsoft Excel

N- MS Office

n- AI Tools (Proficient)

N- Microsoft Project (Preferred)

NQualification:

N- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

NLocation: Mumbai

NEmployment Type: Full-time | Work from Office
