Job DescriptionSkill: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

NExperience: 8+

NLocation: Mumbai, PAN India

N8+ years of experience inSAP Project Management

N- Proven experience managing S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects

N- Solid knowledge of SAPActivate methodology and Agile/Waterfall frameworks

NExperience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation → Go-Live)

N- Strong understanding ofproject planning, scheduling, and resource management

N- Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies

N- Exposure to SAP functional modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)

N- Experience in budget management and cost control

N- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience

N- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill

NKey responsibilities:

NLead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery

NDefine and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones





NEnsure alignment with business goals and IT strategy

NManage project governance, reporting, and status tracking

NIdentify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies

NCoordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams

NManage stakeholder expectations and communication plans

NOversee budget, resourceallocation, and financial tracking

NEnsure adherence to SAP methodologies (Activate, Agile, Waterfall)

NDrive testing phases (SIT, UAT) and quality assurance

NLead cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support

NMonitor project KPIs anddrive continuous improvement

NManage vendor and partner relationships

NEnsure successful changemanagement and user adoption
