Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing EPC projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and client satisfaction.

NThis is a site-based rolerequiring strong technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

NKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of STP projects from planning to final handover.
N
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress against baseline plans.
N
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
N
- Manage engineering deliverables, including shop drawings, material submittals, P&IDs;, method statements, and BOQs.
N
- Plan and supervise siteactivities, manpower, equipment, and construction resources.
N
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely material availability.
N
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with approved specifications.
N
- Oversee inspection processes, including MIRs, WIRs, and consultant approvals.
N
- Lead testing, commissioning,



and successful project handover.

- Track project costs, monitor budgets, and ensure commercial performance.
N
- Prepare and review payment applications, certifications, and project documentation.
N
- Drive project milestones while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability.

nRequirements

n

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
N
- 12+ years of experiencein Water & Wastewater Treatment or EPC projects.
N
- Proven experience managing STP projects with capacities of 50 MLD or above.
N
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, commissioning, and client management.
N
- Experience with BOQ preparation, technical documentation, QA/QC, and contract administration.
N
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is preferred.
N
- Excellent communicationand leadership skills.
N
- Candidates must currently hold a valid UAE Employment/Residence Visa.

- Must be willing to workfull-time at the project site in Dubai
