Role Overview:
The Project Incharge will be responsible for end-to-end supervision, execution, and delivery of building structure works for Way Side Amenities projects. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating with contractors & consultants, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion as per approved designs and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution & Supervision
- Lead the execution of civil and structural works for building components of WSA projects.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and service drawings.
- Ensure construction activities are completed as per approved GFC drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
2. Coordination & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site meetings to resolve technical or execution-related issues.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work quantities.
3. Quality Control & Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards for concrete, steel, masonry, finishes, and services.
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures at site.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory norms.

Planning & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Track material consumption and raise requisitions as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of site records, inspection reports, DPRs, and quality logs.
5. Liaison & Compliance
- Liaison with local authorities (if required) for permissions and inspections.
- Ensure project compliance with company standards, environmental norms, and regulatory guidelines.
6. Finishing & Handover
- Oversee finishing works such as flooring, painting, façade, MEP services, plumbing & sanitary fittings.
- Conduct snagging and de-snagging activities.
- Ensure smooth handover of completed WSA facility.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Highways activities.
- Experience in Highway project
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and manage a rapid-paced project environment.
Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Additional certification in construction management is an added advantage.
