About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Product Development to lead end-to-end product development initiatives involving both hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software project delivery, cross-functional team leadership, and stakeholder management within the medical device industry.

This role requires driving projects from initiation through successful delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for product development programs.
- Manage hardware and software product development projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt charts, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, critical paths, dependencies, milestones, and resource utilization.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external partners.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation,



and overall project governance.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, provide regular project status updates, and drive decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, project management best practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

- 8--11 years of overall experience in project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Medical Device industry.
- Proven experience managing hardware and software product development projects.
- Solid experience in software project delivery and cross-functional stakeholder management.
