You'll drive projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape product features — not just track tasks. You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and clinicians, gaining real ownership of product decisions in a healthcare-AI startup. What You’ll Do Own project timelines, deliverables, and execution as the single point of accountability

Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with founders and engineering

Prioritize backlog and align roadmap with business and clinical goals

Coordinate across design, development, and QA for on-time delivery

Maintain sprint boards, trackers, and stakeholder progress reports





Join client/stakeholder calls to capture and translate requirements into specs

Gain exposure to FDA-regulated product development workflows What You’ll Learn

End-to-end product lifecycle management in a healthcare-tech startup.

How to balance clinical, technical, and business perspectives.

Exposure to cutting-edge AI & healthcare innovations. What We’re Looking For

Must-have: Strong organizational skills, genuine interest in product ownership, excellent communication, structured thinker who moves fast in ambiguous environments.

Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Jira/Notion/Linear/Asana, background in engineering, healthcare, life sciences, or management, prior startup experience. Details

Duration: 3–6 months (with potential conversion to full-time).
