- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- MES Expertise: Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and hands-on experience with specific MES platforms

- Technical Acumen: Understanding of industrial automation, ERP integration, and shop floor systems.
Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Visio, Jira, and Confluence is often beneficial.

- Documentation Skills:
Ability to create clear and comprehensive project plan and trackers as needed.

- Having positive knowledge on Database concepts & DotNet framework is an added advantage.
