Experience - A proven track record of successful IT project delivery
- Project Management certification is a plus
- 5 years of experience in project management roles
- 2 years of experience in Integration projects. Like SAP CPI, SAP PO, BizTalk, WebMethods, API (Management) and Logic Apps.
- Good to have Business process integration knowledge like B2B, B2C, C2C & A2A.
- Batchelor or Master degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering or related field study Competencies - Ability to build relations across stakeholders (business users, engineers, developers, dependent departments, steerco members) and influence.
- Ability to motivate a project team to drive to success.
- Self-driven and motivated to reach success.
- Solid leadership skills
- People management skills
