IITS Research & Policy Studies Pvt. Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage software projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and monitor projects from requirements to deployment and delivery.

Coordinate with developers, software executives, QA teams, and stakeholders.

Ensure timely project delivery and maintain quality standards.

Track project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Coordinate coding, testing, debugging, and timely bug resolution.

Manage post-deployment support and ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Handle projects involving CRM, ERP software, and web-based platforms, including SkillDad.

Maintain project documentation, reports, and effective team communication. Requirements

MCA or equivalent qualification.

3–4 years of experience in software project management.

Robust knowledge of SDLC, software development, testing, debugging, and bug resolution.

Experience with CRM, ERP, or web-based software projects.

Strong project management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
