Role Description The Project Manager role at INDECOR is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

The Project

Manager will oversee furniture and décor projects from planning through execution, coordinating design inputs, procurement activities, logistics, and installation schedules.

Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, tracking milestones, handling vendor and contractor coordination, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The role involves expediting materials and approvals, resolving on-site issues,



and maintaining clear communication with internal teams, external partners, and clients to keep projects on track.

The Project

Manager will also prepare regular status reports, identify risks, and support continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, follow-ups, and delivery of materials and resources.

Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify product quality, installation standards, and compliance with specifications.

Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage transportation, warehousing, and on-site material flow.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience managing furniture, interior fit-out, construction, or related projects is highly beneficial.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and vendors.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with design or ERP software is an advantage.
