Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
- Act as the main point of contact between Japanese clients and internal teams
- Communicate, translate, and interpret requirements (Japanese English)
- Create project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, operations, etc.)
- Conduct client meetings, reviews, and progress updates in Japanese
- Ensure quality, scope, timeline, and budget adherence
- Resolve issues and escalate risks when necessary Qualifications

uired Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or N3 (mandatory)
- 8-10 years of experience in project management
- Experience working with Japanese clients or Japan-facing projects
- Robust knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
