Experience / requirements

- Experience working on global retail and/or shopper accounts, from creative development to final production. Relevant merchandising, demand planning or print production / localization experience a must, logistics experience incredibly beneficial
- Advanced excel skills compulsory (complex formulas, large database management, dashboards, pivot wizard etc. VBA advantageous but not required)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to understand and take ownership of templates and processes, with a willingness and determination to continually improve / automate workflows
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking ability and passion for the work are essential
- The ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently within very tight time frames
- Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
- A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and incredibly fast-paced setting
- Able to work weekends and longer hours during time constrained projects 2-3 times per year
