- Manage multiple flare-related projects from sales turnover through completion.
- Maintain day-to-day communications with clients, Zeeco headquarters, global offices, and sub-vendors.
- Oversee quality of deliverables, schedules, man-hour budgets, and produce weekly/monthly status reports.
- Lead project teams effectively to meet project goals.
- Develop technical mechanical specifications, review/approve client specs, prepare procurement packages, evaluate bids, and issue orders.
- Coordinate vendor drawing/data reviews, expedite deliveries, and ensure timely supply to sites.
- Participate in HAZOP and SIL reviews.
- Maintain ISO audit documentation and compliance.
- Take full responsibility for management and engineering of projects/contracts.
- Act as sole communication point from order receipt through shipment and equipment turnover.
- Protect project margins by managing chargeable hours, costs, and scope changes.
- Review specifications and confirm scope of supply against sales quotations.
