Job Title : Project Head

Location - Mumbai HO Reporting To - Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Glazing Head / Project Head to lead execution of firerated glazing and framing system projects. The role involves complete ownership of project design, preparing BOQ, technical compliance, client coordination, delivery and team leadership. Candidates from interior fitout, aluminium, facade, steel glazing, or firerated system companies are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead endtoend execution of firerated glazing & framing system projects
- Manage BOQ, design coordination, shop drawings, approvals, site execution and ensuring on-time delivery
- Ensure compliance with firerating standards
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, quality, and safety
- Coordinate with clients, architects, PMCs, fire consultants, and authorities
- Handle vendors, subcontractors, procurement, and fabrication tracking
- Lead and mentor project team,



engineers, QA/QC & site teams
- Support technical inputs for tenders, BOQs, and value engineering

Experience & Background

- 5-8 years overall experience in glazing/facade / interior fit-out/aluminium/steel works
- 5-8+ years in a senior project leadership role
- Handson experience in the glazing industry is mandatory
- Experience with commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, data centres, or highrise projects preferred

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture or related field
- Fire safety or project management certifications and added advantage
