Candidate should have a knowledge of: ( MUST)

- Track and control project schedules, budgets, and costs using tools like MS Project.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, QA/QC, and site teams
- Ensure timely submission, review, and closure of drawings, datasheets, and documents
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and MOMs
- Coordinate commissioning, testing, and final documentation
- Support billing milestones, records, and project handover

- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution




- Prepare technical documents, status reports, and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Typical Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 8–18 years of experience
- Experience in EPC, industrial machinery, process plants, or capital equipment projects
- Exposure to customer-facing project execution and cross-functional coordination
