Project Manager – Office Interior Fitout Projects (Pune) Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) – Preferred joiners within 30 days Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Role Overview: The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day execution of interior fitout projects including planning, coordination, budgeting, quality control, vendor management, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning &

- Execution:
- Manage project lifecycle—from design coordination to handover.
- Define scope, timelines, and ensure project delivery within budget.
- Manage coordination with clients, landlords, and authorities. BOQ &
- Drawing Interpretation:
- Review BOQs and technical drawings for accuracy.
- Coordinate with architects and consultants for design requirements. Vendor &
- Stakeholder Management:
- Handle procurement, vendor negotiations, and subcontractor coordination.




- Ensure all approvals and permits are obtained before execution.

Quality

Control &

• Inspections:
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Resolve snag lists for smooth handover. Budget &
- Cost Control:
- Track expenses, handle procurement, and maintain cost efficiency.
- Prevent and mitigate cost overruns proactively. Timeline &
- Risk Management:
- Monitor work progress and update schedules.
- Identify risks and address delays promptly.

Required Qualifications &

Skills: Experience: 7+ years in interior fitout project execution.

Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of BOQs, AutoCAD, materials &

- MEP.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.

Communication: Excellent client and vendor coordination.

Problem Solving: Strong decision-making and site issue resolution.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
