Position: Project Manager (Enterprise Applications)

Location: Hybrid in Bangalore, IN(Must be willing to work from and visit the Customer India office as required)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise system implementation projects across global business environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing at least two full lifecycle implementations of mid-sized enterprise applications, driving projects from initiation through deployment and hypercare while ensuring stakeholder alignment, budget adherence, and business outcomes.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to effectively coordinate internal teams, implementation partners, and business users across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, communication plans, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
- Drive project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reporting.
- Manage project dependencies and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Stakeholder & Partner Management





- Engage effectively with business stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, implementation partners, and technical teams.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, decision-making sessions, and requirement validation activities.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are appropriately managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong working relationships across global teams and maintain clear communication channels.

Resource & Financial Management

- Plan and manage project resources to ensure optimal utilization.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
- Ensure project deliverables meet contractual and organizational standards.

Change & Adoption Management

- Support organizational change management activities during implementation.
- Collaborate with business users to drive adoption and readiness.
- Ensure successful transition into business-as-usual support operations.

Required

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional Project Management certification such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP®, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience,



including experience managing enterprise technology initiatives.
- Successfully delivered at least two end-to-end global implementations of mid-sized enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience managing global or multi-location project teams.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Experience working with external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Project Server / Project Online.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, EPM, or similar business systems.
- Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, industrial automation, or technology-driven organizations.
