We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead renewable energy infrastructure projects, including power evacuation systems, pooling substations, transmission lines, and associated electrical works.

The role involves end-to-end project execution from planning to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

- Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Manage end-to-end execution of renewable energy and power evacuation projects
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction teams, vendors, and contractors
- Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and costs
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Handle site execution, inspections, and approvals with clients and authorities
- Manage project documentation, reports,



and stakeholder communication
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth execution
- Lead vendor selection, contractor management, and performance monitoring
- Conduct project reviews and ensure continuous improvement

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Civil / Mechanical preferred)
- Proven experience in project management within renewable energy / power sector / infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of EPC, transmission lines, substations, and site execution
- Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Solid communication and leadership abilities
