We are seeking an experienced Civil Project , Quality, Billing, QS Manager and Engineers in Hyderabad to lead and manage civil construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects from inception to completion.

- Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and work programmes.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, subcontractors, and clients.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and statutory regulations.

- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Manage project costs, variations, and budget control.

- Supervise site engineers, contractors, and project staff to ensure efficient execution.

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

- Review drawings, technical documents, BOQs, and contracts.

- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.

- Manage procurement planning and coordinate material and equipment availability.

- Attend client meetings and provide regular project status updates.

- Ensure timely project handover, documentation, and close-out activities.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

- Professional certification in Project Management is an advantage.

- Valid engineering registration/licence (where applicable).

Experience

- 8–15 years of experience in civil construction projects.

- Minimum 3–5 years in a Project Manager or similar leadership role.

- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
