- Salary: 8,000,000 – 12,000,000 per annum

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Site Execution &

- Quality Control

- Lead site execution, including RCC, Mivan/Aluform formwork, finishing work, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and MEP coordination.

- Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits to ensure adherence to approved designs and standards.

- Resolve technical issues, drawing discrepancies, and site challenges quickly.

Project

Planning &

- Cost Management

- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

- Monitor progress against set targets and take necessary actions to prevent delays.

- Review contractor bills, verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and manage material consumption to minimize waste.

3. Operations &

- Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and supervise site engineers, supervisors,



and junior staff.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal head-office teams (Purchase, Billing, QA/QC).

- Track site activities using ERP / SAP / DigiQC systems and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.

- Handle project handover, final snag-list resolution, and documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Industry Experience: 8–12 years in residential high-rise real estate construction.

- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Mivan / Aluminium Formwork (Aluform) systems and high-end finishing work.

- Management &

Robust skills in project management, contractor billing, BOQ verification, and ERP/SAP software.

- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
