We are hiring on behalf of one of Kerala's leading civil construction and infrastructure development companies for an experienced Project Manager – Civil Construction to lead large-scale projects from planning to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
✅ End-to-end project planning and execution
✅ Site management and contractor coordination
✅ Budgeting, cost control, and billing review
✅ Quality assurance and safety compliance
✅ Client and stakeholder management
✅ Team leadership and project monitoring
Required Qualifications
✔ B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
✔ 8–10 years of experience in civil construction project management
✔ Proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects
