About the Role

TRAM – Project Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from planning through handover. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete project execution from mobilization to handover.

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Coordinate with clients, architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure project delivery within approved quality, cost, and timeline.

Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical and execution issues.

Review drawings, BOQs, contractor bills, and project documentation.

Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures.

Monitor finishing works, MEP coordination,



and project closeout activities.

Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of experience in residential building projects.

Experience in RCC structures, finishing works, and MEP coordination.

Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, billing, and quality control.

Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction documentation.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Project Management Consultants (PMC).

Knowledge of high-rise residential construction.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on schedule.
