Manger Department: Project Operations Education Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma Civil Experience: 15-25 Years of Experience Remuneration: As per industry standards Roles & Responsibilities (Professional /Technical Competencies):

- Should have good exposure in Civil Construction Project Planning, Monitoring, Co-ordination, Control and Execution.
- Should have exposure in building construction.
- Collaborating with the developers, engineers, contactors, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Handling the Site Execution; Site planning and monitoring, Site activities & Co-ordination.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) as well as manage the planning and implementation of construction projects from beginning till the end.
- Should have experience of handling RCC PEB Structures as well as Projects and site engineers concerns.
- Should be capable to maintain quality in work, safety at site, cross verification of vendor bills as well as the Client Co- ordination.
- Checking the structural and RCC works for accuracy, dimensions and measurement, as per GFC drawings.
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
- Handling the Pre-planning process such as cost estimations,



budgeting, planning, scheduling and tracking of daily activities.
- Evaluate the progress and prepare detailed reports
- Skillfully interact with the internal Top Management associates with proper progress reports of given tasks and externally with contractors.

Eligibility Criteria Desired Candidate

Profile - Strong interpersonal skills.

- AutoCAD and Civil 3D knowledge and understanding required.
- Good public speaking ability.
- Robust project financial management skills.
- Knowledge of production support systems and personal computer proficiency.
- Strong technical writing and communications skills are expected at this level.
- Must have experience in High -Rise Residential and Commercial Building.
- Must have experience in Hospital Project, Government Projects Experience.
