We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to lead manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have experience working with bus operators, operational knowledge, stakeholder management and the ability to drive execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new bus operators.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service execution.
- Coordinate with operators and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Track project timelines, operational KPIs, and process improvements.
- Support deployment and maintenance of operational tools such as GPS, cameras, and ticketing systems.
- Maintain operational data and reports using CRM and internal tools.
Skills
- Robust ownership, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of transport operations and operator management.
- Basic technical knowledge.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, and operational software.
