NWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Automotive Division to manage end-to-end automotive projects, coordinate with clients, and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge, excellent project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-endautomotive projects from planning to delivery.
N
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and regular follow-ups with team members to track work progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
N
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams while coordinating with cross-functional departments.
N
- Monitor project schedules, risks, deliverables, and resource allocation.
N
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
N




- Provide technical guidance and support to the team whenever required.
N
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to management and clients.
N
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

nRequired Skills:

- Strong project management and client handling skills.
N
- 2-3 years experience inPLC programming and commissioning is mandatory
N
- Good technical knowledge of automotive systems and product development.
N
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
N
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
N
- Experience in conducting stand-ups, task tracking, and team coordination.
N
- Strong problem-solving,planning, and decision-making skills.
N
- Hindi and English communication is mandatory
N

nQualification:

NBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, ECE, EEE, or a related Engineering discipline.

NExperience: 2-3 years

NSalary: upto 30,000 P/M
