nRole Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced, delivery-focused Project Manager with strong Risk domain expertise to support a global Risk transformation portfolio. The role involves leading multiple workstreams across regulatory, strategic, and incremental change initiatives within Market Risk and/or Counterparty Credit Risk.
NThe successful candidate will drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
NKey Responsibilities
nProject & Delivery Management

- Define, agree, and manage project scope with senior stakeholders across the lifecycle.
N
- Develop and maintain robust, defensible project plans, incorporating all resources and dependencies.
N
- Lead multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
N
- Establish clear successcriteria and KPIs for each phase and track progress against them.
N
- Monitor cross-project dependencies and proactively manage risks and issues.
N
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, standards, and protocols.
N
nStakeholder Management & Communication
N
n
- Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, business users, IT, and global teams.
N
- Provide clear, timely reporting on project status, risks, and issues.
N
- Lead governance forums and executive updates with concise, impactful communication.
N
- Escalate critical risksand ensure timely resolution in alignment with leadership.

nRisk Domain & Business Engagement

- Demonstrate strong understanding of front-to-back risk processes.
N
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear business deliverables.
N
- Act as a business gatekeeper, ensuring issues raised to IT are well-defined and prioritized.

- Collaborate with business, BA, and IT teams to ensure accurate requirements capture and delivery.
N
- Drive synergies across risk initiatives and promote consistency in approach.

nContinuous Improvement & Team Leadership

- Mentor and support delivery teams to ensure high performance and accountability.

- Conduct retrospective reviews to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and cadence.

- Promote best practices across project management and risk initiatives.

- Work closely with global teams (Business, BA, IT, QA, Development) throughout the lifecycle.

nRequired Skills & Experience
NExperience

- 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management within:
N
- Market Risk
n
- Counterparty Credit Risk
N
- Risk Technology / Regulatory Programs
N
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stream projects end-to-end.
N
- Experience in regulatory initiatives and risk system implementations.
N
nDomain Knowledge
N
n
- Strong understanding of Market Risk / Credit Risk metrics, such as:
N
- VaR, Expected Shortfall, IRC
N
- PD, LGD, EAD
n
- PFE, EEPE, Exposure metrics
N
- RWA, Stress Testing, Settlement Risk
N
- Knowledge of credit risk data flows, architecture, and risk limits.
N
- Familiarity with creditrisk regulatory capital frameworks.
N
nTechnical & Tools Expertise

- Proficient in project tools:

- MS Project (MPP)

- JIRA

- Confluence

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
