Position: Full Stack developer

Position Overview: We are looking for talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in the JAVA and MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet both client and business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in front-end and back-end development, along with a solid understanding of database systems and RESTful API design principles.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using JAVA and MERN stack.
- Build responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as React.js.
- Develop server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js to handle client requests and data processing.
- Design and implement database models using MongoDB and write efficient database queries.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services into the application as required.
- Implement proper authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data security.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding best practices and standards.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.




- Collaborate with other developers to review code, provide feedback, and ensure code quality.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in full stack development.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field with 4-5 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on MERN stack development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.js.
- Solid understanding of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases and writing productive database queries.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and writing unit tests.
- Understanding of security best practices and common web application vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
