- Drive complex rotating equipment projects across global markets
- Exposure to global teams, customers, and engineering stakeholders

- Lead the technical scope and execution of rotating equipment packages for onshore and offshore projects.
- Manage engineering schedules, technical documentation, specifications, bills of materials, and contract deliverable.
- Act as the primary technical interface for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, and project functions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support proposal development, manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning, and operational activities.
- Translate customer specifications and contract requirements into executable engineering deliverable.
- Drive compliance with applicable engineering standards, certifications, and customer requirements.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10 years of experience within rotating equipment, turbo-machinery, compressors, turbines, or process industry applications.
- Experience spanning engineering, project management, manufacturing, proposals, procurement,



or package engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of rotating equipment systems, gearboxes, couplings, and associated auxiliaries.
- Exposure to PLM and engineering tools such as Teamcenter, NX, COMOS, E3, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SAP and engineering data management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage project stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, project reviews, and site activities as required.
