Role Description The Project Intern role is a full time, hybrid position based in Pune City, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in coordinating apparel sourcing projects, helping gather requirements from clients and documenting specifications clearly for internal teams and vendors.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include tracking order progress, updating project status reports, supporting vendor communication, and following up on timelines and quality checkpoints. The intern will also help with basic data entry,



maintaining records for orders and vendors, and preparing simple presentations or summaries for internal reviews. This role offers exposure to textile sourcing operations, project coordination, and client servicing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to support project coordination activities, including requirement gathering, status tracking, and follow-ups with internal teams and vendors.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records, spreadsheets, and basic reports.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and vendors, both in person and over phone/email.
- Comfort with basic digital tools such as office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processors, presentation tools).
- Interest in textiles, apparel production, or supply chain operations; prior exposure or coursework in these areas is an advantage.
- Ability to work onsite in Pune City with flexibility for some remote tasks, and to manage time in a full-time internship schedule.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to follow established processes and quality standards.
- Current student or recent graduate in any discipline; business, fashion, textiles, or related fields are preferred but not required.
