Leadership & Ownership - Act as the Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for all group projects.

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of all hospitality projects.
- Manage recent hotel developments, renovations, expansions, conversions, and refurbishments.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved timelines.
- Drive project execution from concept to handover. 2.

Timely

Delivery of Projects - Ensure all projects are delivered within committed timelines.

- Develop project schedules, critical paths, and milestone trackers.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays.
- Implement corrective action plans to recover timelines.
- Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings.

KPI

- Project Completion Timeline Adherence (%) 3.

Budget

Management & Cost Control - Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets.





- Establish project cost controls and budget monitoring mechanisms.
- Review project expenditures against approved budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Negotiate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for optimum commercial terms.
